n the period from 7 to 11 October 2013, the Civil Aviation Agency was the subject of the EASA standardization visit, in accordance with the SAFA Working Arrangement with EASA (SAFA WA), and with the annual plan of EASA.
Signed SAFA WA refers to the collection and exchange of information in relation to the safety of aircraft for the destination of EU airports, non-EU airports participating in the program, and airports in Montenegro.
By signing this contract, Montenegro has received the status of a preliminary member which implies limited access to certain information.
Subject to the interests of EASA inspectors, in addition to regulatory compliance, the procedures and procedures applied during SAFA inspections as well as entering data into the EASA database - SAFA data were adopted.
Following the conducted visit, at the EASA's final meeting, it was noted that the Civil Aviation Agency of Montenegro has achieved a significant result, which is placed at the top of the newly included participating countries in the SAFA program.
