AGREEMENT ON COOPERATION BETWEEN THE CIVIL AVIAITON AGENCY AND REAL ESTATE ADMINISTRATION

Strengthening safety of use of unmanned aircraft

 

Agreement on business-technical cooperation between the Civil Aviation Agency (CAA) and the Real Estate Administration will significantly improve safety and efficiency of use of unmanned aircraft systems in the airspace of Montenegro.

The Agreement, that is of importance for strengthening mutual cooperation, was today signed by the directors of the CAA and the Real Estate Administration, Ivan Scekic and Marko Bulatovic.

Rallo: You have support of the ICAO

Always count on complete support of the International Civil Aviation Organization (ICAO), these are the words of its high representative Nicolas Rallo addressed to the Civil Aviation Agency team, headed by its Director, Ivan Scekic.

ICAO Regional Office Director for Europe and North Atlantic was, during two-day visit to Montenegro with intensive agenda, introduced with the activities of the CAA and of key aviation companies. 

Topics of the conversations were development of the civil aviation, standards and recommended practice successfully conducted by the Montenegrin civil aviation authority, development plans and possibilities for further cooperation and support of the ICAO.

Directors of the CAA and the ICAO with the Minister of Transport

The Director of the Civil Aviation Agency (CAA), Ivan Scekic, and the Director of the International Civil Aviation Organization (ICAO) Regional Office for Europe and North Atlantic, Nicolas Rallo, had a conversation with the Minister of Transport, Maja Vukicevic, on the first day of visit of the ICAO high representative.

Two-day agenda of the ICAO Regional Office Director, who is in official visit to Montenegro on 26 and 27 September 2024, has intensive character.

Following the conversation with the Minister Vukicevic whose topics were of importance for further development of aviation, the work of aviation authority was presented in the Agency.
