The Civil Aviation Agency organised Workshop on implementation of regulation on non-commercial air operations with complex motor-powered aircraft and other-than-complex aircraft on 10 March 2015.
The workshop was attended by representatives of industry and representatives of aviation authorities from Bosnia and Herzegovina, Croatia and Macedonia.
The workshop topics included subjects related to changes that follow implementation of Commission Regulation (EU) No 800/2013 in the area of:
- non-commercial air operations with complex motor-powered aircraft (NCC) and
- non-commercial air operations with other-than-complex aircraft (NCO)
Participants were informed on announced and applied regulatory frameworks, announced regulation whose appliance is anticipated in the following period as well as on regulations being prepared for the announcement, application of requirements from the area of management system referring to non-commercial operators with complex aircraft, the most significant differences regarding the current regulations, which the operators are obliged to implement during the conduct of non-commercial air operations with complex and other-than-complex aircraft, implementation of European Action Plan for Air Ground Communications Safety for operators of aircraft with MTOW below 5700 kg
