The airplane and helicopter pilots examiner refreshment seminar was held in the premises of the Civil Aviation Agency.

The seminar was attended by certified examiners of the Agency: Dragan Ivancevic, Vladan Prelevic, Drasko Popovic, Zoran Lalovic and Miodrag Grubac; and the guests were Dragan Popovic, Zarko Masonicic and Vladimir Vukcevic. 

The seminar participants were introduced to modifications of internal procedures of realisation of skill tests of holders of Montenegrin licences and certificates that are in compliance with:

Regulation on Air Crew (Official Gazette of Montenegro, No. 8/13) (transposed European Commission Regulations (EU) No. 1178/2011 and 290/2012), Amendments (Official Gazette of Montenegro, No. 23/14, 27/15, 15/17, 81/18, 46/19, 33/21 and 128/21), Regulation laying down detailed rules for the operation of sailplanes and requirements for issuing licences to the sailplane aircrew members (Official Gazette of Montenegro, No. 44/2021) (transposed Commission Implementing Regulation (EU) No. 2018/1976), Regulation laying down detailed rules for the operations of balloons (Official Gazette of Montenegro, No. 48/18) (transposed Commission Regulation (EU) No. 2018/395), Amendment (Official Gazette of Montenegro, No. 126/21).

The participants exchanged experience and information of significance for the system of skill tests realisation, and there was a word about statistical data of importance for the system of skill tests realisation where the subjects were holders of Montenegrin licences and certificates.
