The Civil Agency (CAA), led by the Director, Ivan Scekic, followed and applied all recommendations of the State Audit Institution (SAI), regarding the irregularities identified during the operation before term of office of the actual management.

The competent collegium of the SAI concluded that the Agency realised all 25 recommendations for a period of a bit more than one year, so there is no more reason for monitoring their implementation.

Report on realisation of recommendations is submitted to the Agency, it is announced it will be also communicated to the competent board of the Parliament of Montenegro, as well as published at the SAI webpage.

We hereby remind that the State Audit Institution provided positive opinion with putting focus on annual financial report of the Agency and negative opinion on regularity of operation for 2023, which is stated in the report adopted in the middle of September 2024.

The Agency submitted final report on realised recommendations to the SAI for control in the middle of December 2025.

Director and the Council of the Civil Aviation Agency, on their own initiative, started the process of improvement of operations and correction of past irregularities and non-compliances, which were pointed out by the State Audit Institution during the audit.
