Aircraft Section

Aircraft Section shall perform administrative and oversight activities, and related study and analytical and normative legal activities related to: keeping the Montenegro Civil Aircraft Register; production, modification and homologation of aeronautical products, parts and appliances; monitoring and analysis of inspection results; issuance of documents on type; aircraft inspection (basic, scheduled and unscheduled inspections); approval of exploitation documents for aircraft, engine, propeller and aeronautical product; inspection and approval of technical documents for modification of aircraft, engine, propeller and aeronautical product; assessment of fulfilment of safe air navigation requirements and issuance of certificate of airworthiness; inspection of documents and inspection of aircraft; in-flight inspection and issuance of appropriate documents; determination of qualifications for use of engine, propeller and aeronautical product, inspection of documents, inspection of equipment, inspection of instalment into an aircraft; in-flight functionalities inspection and issuance of appropriate documents; determination of user approval, documents inspection and issuance of relevant documents for flight simulator; determination of category and purpose of aircraft, engine, propeller and aeronautical product for safe air transport; inspection, synchronization and approval of technical maintenance programme for aircraft, engine, propeller and aeronautical product; inspection, synchronization and approval of technical maintenance programme for flight simulator; inspection of aircraft documents, logs and manuals, nationality and registration marks; quality inspection of aeronautical fuels and lubricants; functional performance of the aircraft fuel and lubricants supply system; assessment of work performance, work organisation, professional training and professional task performance of technical personnel and parachute packers; assessment of working conditions and qualification criteria of technical personnel and parachute packers training centres; establishment of training programmes within its competence; assessment of technical personnel and parachute packers professional qualifications; draft of aviation regulations applicable to this area and other activities related to the scope of the Section.
