Section for Training, Licencing and Rating Endorsement of Air Traffic Controllers performs activities related to: establishment of professional training programmes and programmes for assessment of air traffic controller qualifications, assessment of qualification criteria of air traffic controllers training centres; organisation and conduct of qualification assessments with the purpose of licencing and rating endorsements of air traffic controllers; proposing of examiners list; cooperation with examiners who assess air traffic controllers qualifications; processing of applications and proposing licencing and rating endorsements of air traffic controllers and application of regulations and organising international coordination and cooperation related to this area.
