The director of the Civil Aviation Agency of Montenegro, Dragan Djurovic, and the newly appointed director of the Civil Aviation Agency of North Macedonia, Tomislav Tuntev, had a meeting on 4 March 2019 in Podgorica.

Leading experts from both sides attended the meeting, and the topics were strengthening cooperation of aviation authorities of the two states in the fields of common interest (security, safety, air traffic management).

Having in mind the signed Memorandum of Understanding between the two aviation authorities, as well as good bilateral relations between the two states, more intensive activities in the forthcoming period are agreed, regarding the exchange of experts, experience and documents.

It is jointly stated that the relations between the aviation authorities of Montenegro and North Macedonia are continuously good, as well as that the good cooperation shall be continued in future.
