Director of the Civil Aviation Agency of Montenegro, Dragan Đurović, and Director of the Civil Aviation Administration of the Republic of Bulgaria, Ivan Ivanov, signed a Memorandum of Understanding between two aviation authorities on 25 April 2017 in Sofia.
The purpose of this Memorandum is to formally establish a legal framework for business cooperation between the aviation authorities of Montenegro and Bulgaria in the civil aviation area.

The Memorandum specifies areas of cooperation and further activities of two aviation authorities.
