The workshop was attended by the representatives of the following aviation entities: AD Aerodromi Crne Gore (Podgorica Airport and Tivat Airport), Montenegro Airlines, Airways Montenegro and Ministry of Interior (Aircraft helicopter unit). The workshop lecturers were representatives of the Civil Aviation Agency.
The workshop objective was exchange of existing experiences and improvement of implementation of Compliance Monitoring Sistema (CMS), as well as regulatory obligation regarding the CMS development. The way of implementation, advantages and problems that aviation entities can face during its implementation were included in presentations.
The workshop covered three key aspects:
• Regulatory – Compliance Monitoring (Quality) System position in new regulation
• Developing – Development and changes of Compliance Monitoring (Quality) System in aviation industry
• Practical – Application of Compliance Monitoring (Quality) System in aviation entities’ daily activities.
Through the open discussion, the workshop participants were able to clarify pending questions from this area.
This type of experience exchange contributes to better understanding of what is expected from every interested party regarding the CMS activities, and first of all, through the removal of identified flaws in present systems.
