Director of the Civil Aviation Agency of Montenegro, Mr. Dragan Đurović and Director of the Civil Aviation Authority of Italy, Mr. Alessio Quaranta, signed on 28.01.2013. in Rome, a Memorandum of Understanding between the competent civil aviation authorities of Montenegro and Italy.

The Memorandum of Understanding has agreed on common goals and areas of bilateral cooperation between civil aviation authorities of Montenegro and Italy.

Bearing in mind that Italy is another member state of the European Union with which the Agency has signed a Memorandum of Understanding, which defines the development and flexibility of the use of documentation and human resources in all civil aviation apps, this type of cooperation will contribute to strengthening the European path of Montenegro in air traffic areas.

The signing of this Memorandum of Cooperation continued with the intensive activities of the Montenegrin Civil Aviation Agency to establish close and partnership relations between the aviation authorities of neighboring countries.
