The Director of the Civil Aviation Agency of Montenegro, Mr Dragan Djurovic, and the Director of the Irish Aviation Authority, Mr Peter Kearney, signed the Memorandum of Understanding between the competent civil aviation authorities of Montenegro and Ireland on 05 March 2018 in Madrid, at the margins of the World ATM Congress.
Ireland is one more EU Member State with which the Agency has signed the Memorandum of Understanding, defining the development and flexibility of use of documents and human resources in all aspects of the civil aviation. This form of cooperation shall also contribute strengthening the European progress of Montenegro in the area of air transport.
Common objectives and areas of bilateral cooperation between the civil aviation authorities of Montenegro and Ireland have been agreed through this Memorandum of Understanding.
Signing the Memorandum of Understanding represents the continuation of intensive activities of the Civil Aviation Agency of Montenegro regarding the establishment of close and partnership relations with the EU Member States’ aviation authorities.
