Agreement with Police Administration in the area of suppressing illegal use of unmanned aircraft is signed

The Civil Aviation Agency and the Police Administration signed the Agreement in the area of suppressing illegal use of unmanned aircraft on 18 January 2019.

Signing this Agreement, that represents continuation of establishment of system defining use and protection from illegal use of unmanned aircraft in Montenegro, provides the possibility for joint activities between the Police Administration and the Agency, first of all in the field of oversight of operations and prevention of criminal acts or offences committed by illegal use of unmanned aircraft as well as identifying perpetrator of such acts.

Thus, Montenegro became one of the countries where the coordination between national aviation authorities and security forces is established with the aim to elevate level of safety and security of unmanned aircraft operations and rational use of existing resources.
