ECAC Security Forum (European Civil Aviation Conference Security Forum) was held in Bečići in Splendid hotel on 18 and 19 October 2016.
ECAC is the European organisation containing of 44 member states, with the role of creating the European civil aviation policy, particularly in the area of civil aviation security. 

ECAC Security Forum is organised twice a year, where one is hosted by a member state. This time Montenegro, or more precisely the Civil Aviation Agency, hosted this significant meeting where all issues of importance for civil aviation security were discussed at the level of all member states. Apart from the current issues, particularly the issues of free airport zone security and security equipment certification were discussed at the Forum.

The Forum was attended by more than fifty participants, member states representatives and other organisations in charge for the civil aviation security issues, such as the International Civil Aviation Organisation (ICAO), European Commission (EC), African Civil Aviation Commission (AFCAC) and others.
