The Expert seminar on the preparation of Hydrodynamic Regulations

At the premises of the Civil Aviation Agency, on April 16, The Expert seminar on the preparation of Hydrodynamic Regulations was held.

Apart from the representatives of the Agency, representatives of the Adriatic Marinas, the Ministry of Sustainable Development and Tourism, the JP Morsko dobro, the Port Authority of Montenegro, the Port of Bar, the Port Authority of Kotor and the Tivat Airport were also present at the seminar.

From the foreign experts, the seminar was attended by Davor Budimir from BHDCA, who gave a presentation on the history of hydroplating in the world and its distribution in Europe. He also presented a draft of the future Hydrodynamic Regulations, which, in his words, could have a regional character.

The representative of the Agency gave a presentation on the realized project AdriaSeaPlanes in Montenegro, as well as the operations of the hydro-aviation that took place on the territory of Montenegro within the project.

The presentations presented the participants with a detailed picture of the operation of hydroavings, how to perform the operations, the necessary infrastructure for the operations to take place, and the logistics that accompany such operations. From a few different angles, it is easy to perform such operations in the world. It has also been shown that safety is fully represented at the appropriate level, and that such operations are in compliance with all relevant regulations, primarily the regulations in the domain of Maritime Navigation Regulations.

At the end of the seminar, the participants agreed that this type of operation is necessary for Montenegro and that the level of communication between the relevant institutions should be kept in order to examine all the requirements and integrate it in the preparation of the regulation. It is a wish of all that through the development of the hydro-voyage and the necessary infrastructure a service in the tourist offer is built, which would enable tourists to quickly and securely access to the distant areas of Montenegro, where the road infrastructure is less developed.
