Director of the Civil Aviation Agency of Montenegro Dragan Djurovic and Director General of Civil Aviation of France Patrick Gandil signed the Technical Cooperation Program between the competent civil aviation authorities of Montenegro and France on 18.06.2013 in Paris.
The signing of this Cooperation Program continued with the intensive activities of the Montenegrin Civil Aviation Agency to establish close and partnership relations with the aviation authorities in Europe.
This Technical Cooperation Program, the General Directorate of Civil Aviation of France and the Civil Aviation Agency of Montenegro, recognize the common interest in promoting and developing mutual training and technical cooperation in the field of civil aviation; develop and strengthen administrative, technical and scientific cooperation on the basis of mutual and reciprocal benefits, by strengthening the close relationship between the two sides in the field of civil aviation.
In this sense, the importance of vocational training at the National Civil Aviation School in Toulouse was jointly assessed.
The aim of this Program is to promote, among other issues, the implementation of standards and recommended practices of the International Civil Aviation Organization (ICAO), as well as the aviation regulations of the European Union.
By appreciating the bilateral cooperation as an important segment of the development of air transport, the two countries signed a Cooperation Program established a legal framework for strengthening and intensifying the already very good existing cooperation.
