COMMUNICATION: Public debate on "Rules on hang-gliding and paragliding"

The Civil Aviation Agency is 28.03.2013. in the multimedia hall of Podgorica airport organized a public debate on the topic "Rules on hang-gliding and paragliding".

Participation in the public debate, besides the organizers, took over twenty paraglider pilots from Montenegro, as well as representatives of SMATSA.

It is particularly important to emphasize the presence of renowned experts from this field, Zoran Petrovic from Serbia. His active participation and experience in this field was a valuable contribution to the public debate.

Public debate was conducted by Mile Nikolić, Director of the air traffic safety sector.

COMMUNICATION: 7. Meeting of the Joint Committee of the ECAA Agreement

7. The meeting of the Joint Committee of the ECAA Agreement was held on Thursday, March 21, 2013 in Podgorica. Co-organizers of this year's meeting were the European Commission and the Civil Aviation Agency.

On 09 June 2006, Montenegro signed the ECAA Agreement - Multilateral Agreement on the Creation of a Common European Aviation Area, ratified by the Parliament of Montenegro on October 9, 2007, and thus its implementation became mandatory on 26 June. October 2007.

Meeting with the General Manager of EUROCONTROL

Director of the Civil Aviation Agency, Dragan Djurovic, met with the Director General of the European Organization for the Safety of Air Navigation (EUROCONTROL), Frank Brenner, in Brussels on March 13, 2013, to establish official cooperation between these two aviation institutions on the issue of joint work on the investigation of the possibility of introducing operations in conditions of reduced visibility at the Tivat airport.

In the delegation of the Civil Aviation Agency, there were also the Assistant Director, Renato Brkanović, Director of the Air Services Sector in the Air Area, Zoran Đuranović, and Manager for Control of Compliance Systems, Dragan Popović.
