The Civil Aviation Agency issued Safety Directive regarding the limitation of operations with Boeing 737-8 “MAX” and Boeing 737-9 “MAX” aircraft.
European Union Aviation Safety Agency (EASA) issued on Tuesday 12 March two safety directives, suspending all flight operations with Boeing 737-8 “MAX“ and 737-9 “MAX” aircraft. Having that in mind, and with regard to the fact that the passengers and air operations safety presents the priority, the Civil Aviation Agency of Montenegro issued Safety Directive stipulating that the operations with Boeing 737-8 “MAX“ and 737-9 “MAX” aircraft are not allowed in Montenegrin airspace, respectively landings and take-offs are not allowed at Montenegrin airports.
